PP2 Full set up information

Hello, I hope I have put this in the correct place. I have a PAP2-NA which is working fine. When I go into the control panel and select user 1 or 2 I see lots of options, distinctive ring, Cfwd Sel1 Caller, Speed Dial and other bits. I cannot find any documentation to tell me how to set these items up. Can anyone point me in the direction of the documentation please?
