Problem spa112 lost ip

I have a problem that my cisco spa112 have lost ip, when i check with IVR code the ip is 0.0.0.0 and when I try to set the ip with the IVR code there is invalid.

please help

The network port it is plugged into works fine, doesn't it?  You can plug another machine into that same port and it works?

Sounds like you need to do a factory reset.

i have reset to factory reset

i have reset to factory reset many times but it still not working.
