Problems with SPA 3102 - Incomming Calls

I have posted this in another forum - Im from Australia


You can call out etc etc.. but having trouble with the incomming call. You can call into the line/phone (externally), the internal phone (DECT) will ring, caller ID will display but when you answer the call it is blank (no noise at all, not even static at both ends).  If you call back in it will answer and all is working.


Any suggestions with settings, is it a connection delay setting? It seams the ATA needs to be triggered first then its ready to answer as there is also a long pause between finishing the number when calling out and the actial connection. There isnt a problem with the ISP or line etc as it has been working, it with the products/settings.


Any help would be great. Thanky you in advance.
