Re- register url?

Is there a way to force the WRP400 to reregister on command by using an url like the reboot url? (http://WRP400_ip_address/admin/reboot)

Dear Sir;

No. Registration is governed by the SIP RFC. Of course, if you reboot the device, it will reregister, but all devices behind the router will loose connectivity during reboot.
