SIP REGISTER fails after a few minutes spa122 with mynetfone

I have been battling with this for a while and realy appriciate some assistance.

I am having issues keeping my SIP regestration active, when I reboot my SPA122 SIP regestration is successful but after a few minutes the ISP (Mynetfone) sees my SIP connection as unregestered.

My setup is :

Modem - cisco 877

Cisco IOS Software, C870 Software (C870-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(15)T14, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)

I think the following disables SIP ALG.

no ip nat service sip udp port 5060

My default Nat entry

ip nat inside source list 1 interface Dialer0 overload

Port Forwarding from my internal IP (SPA122) to my external IP Address.

ip nat inside source static udp 192.168.1.33 5060 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 5060 extendable

SPA 122 Config

It seems ok according to the debug logs, when it deregesters I see nothing in the debug logs.

I have finally got things working.

To isolate the problem the ISP suggested installing a softphone and try to register, this eliminates the spa122 from registering.

I installed X-Light, configured and it and it worked, so I then had a working modem Cisco 877 plus config and a phone config that works.

There was an issue with the spa122, hardware, firmware, config or a combination.

My plan was to update firmware if there was a new version available then factory reset the spa122.

I found 1.3.3(015) available so I updated the firmware, I was running out of patience so I also Restored Voice Factory defaults (Administration - Factory Defaults).

I then did the following config:-

Proxy and Registration

Proxy:- "Proxy Server Name"

Outbound Proxy:- "Proxy Server Name"

Subscriber Information

Display Name:- Line1

User ID:- "My ID"

Password:- "My Password"

Auth ID:- "My Auth ID"

I left everything else default.

It is now working with no issues.

Was it worth going through this?????

I had a modem with built in ata and the voice quality was very poor, the spa122 has great voice quality and is now stable so I am very happy with it.
