SP122 cannot access natwork set up page

I have just received my SP122 ATA box. -in fact its the second one. They both seem to suffer from the same problem in that I can do the quick set up for the phone line- that allows me to make SIP calls (but not receive them).

( I'm not that familiar with the web page settings for this device), however if I move to the next feature for setting the network, I find that after clicking "Network setup"  it stays in the quick set up option  on the left hand side with just the net work choice for a NAT or bridge.

Has  anyone experience this sort of problem and found a way resolving?

Please turn on syslog&debug and catch the messages. Catch SIP packets related to unsuccessful call as well.  It will help you (or us) to analyze the issue.
