spa 3000 registration issue

Hi,

 

We are using linksys spa3000 at several customer locations, and some of them face with some registration problem as given details below:

 

there are two linksys spa3000 connected to airties 6271 adsl modem via ethernet, they are registered successfully and able to make any voip calls without any problem, but after sometime (there is no exact time, it seems randomly) spa3000 sends register message without any sip authorization header despite of sip server responds correct sip 401 message.

 

When we changed ip address on spa3000, problem is fixed but it occurs again after some time, we captured syslog from spa3000 and it seems there is no signalling problem but always it sends same register message and could not be succeed registration until ip is changed.

 

Please advise for possible reason of the problem, firmware is 3.1.10 and we also tried it 3.1.20.
