SPA 3102 and inbound Fax calls

Hi,

we have a setup with a e1 line on a mgcp trunk and a SPA3102 ( Fw version: 5.2.13(GW002) - Hw version: 1.4.5(a)) We're using modem passthrough on trunk, and gw network clock is sync'ed with the E1 clock.

The ATA is configured as a 3d party sip phone, outbound faxes seem to work but inbound faxes do not arrive correctly: we're able to hear from "outside" the fax tone, but we got a transmission error.

Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks

Can you add the SPA log during incoming fax?

Can you add also the SPA config?
