SPA 8000 cooperating with a PBX in an unrouted private Network

Hi !

We face RTP connection problems, reported by the SPA8000 to a syslog daemon, when operating the SPA 8000 at a local PBX.

It's even the case with internal calls, where NAT does not come into account.

SPA 8000 Ethernet (WAN) port is connected to the local net, while the AUX port is unconnected due to the fact that the DHCP server started on this port conflicts with our DHCP server.

Because the PBX and the SPA8000 have static IP's in an unrouted private IP address range (172.16.x.x), i expect problems with the second "aux" ethernet port of the SPA8000 that reserves all private IP adresse ranges.

To me it looks like a race problem between these two ports when SPA8000 sends IP packages.

Any suggestions ?

BTW: When using PAP2T device (that actually has only one Ethernet Port) internal and external calls work reliable.
