I recently purchased this adapter to replace an older one. My service is with Voicepulse.They have been trying to program it to work but they believe the adapter is bad. Every time an out going or incoming call is placed the adapter will lose registration and then re-register a minute or so later. I know this isn't mush to go on but what should I look at first? Firmware has been upgraded to the latest.

While it may be faulty adapter, we can't confirm such hypothesis. Turn on syslog&debug of Voice Application and catch them - they may disclose details related to the case.
