Hi

 

I registered with VOIP provider and they game the the configuration  for Cisco VOIP

 

I made the sitting but i faced a problem

 

when i pick the phone i hear the normal tone for 1 second the start give me busy tone

 

i e-mail there technical support the told to change the proxy name

 

i did it but know use

It may be caused by dial plan

It may be caused by dial plan or by regional settings. No settings you listed affects the length of dial tone.

Assuming you have no OEM/preprovisioned unit you should reset unit to factory default. Then configure phone according the configuration you described.
