SPA122 ATA - Call Waiting w/ CID not working

Anyone having issues with CWID on the SPA122? The call-waiting call beeps but doesn't show the caller ID name or number. I'm running the newest firmware 1.2.1-004. I've seen complaints about general caller ID issues with the older firmware but not with CWID.

I have a couple hundred of them deployed; I am getting not many but a few complaints of such.

I just bumped into two big service providers at IT EXPO Miami 2013 that have as well a couple thousand spa122 deployed and confirmed they have reports as well of a CID on CW many times not working.
