Liviu Toma

My SPA122 has firmware 1.2.1 and I wanted to upgrade to the 1.3.1_003 when I noticed the Browse button and the Upgrade button are greyed out. The option Upgrade Enable: is set to Yes in the Provisioning settings and I tried two browsers already, IE and Chrome

Hi Liviu,

Check out the "browse button disabled / upgrade button grayed out" link in the ATA resource guide.in the troubleshooting section

Here's a direct link:https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-27890

For firmware earlier than 1.2.1 the browser was an issue: https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-27886

Hi Liviu, ensure you're logged in as the admin. May also want to try Mozilla Firefox, Chrome has a tendancy to be very flaky.

I tried Firefox and Safari for the sake of argument, with the same result. And I am logged in as admin.
