I have a SPA122 which thinks it's got one line off-hook, while it's really not.
I tried to reboot it., reset it, I even succeeded in upgrading it's firmware to 1.3.5(004_XU001). It still thinks it's got 1st line off-hook. In the same time when plugging a phone to any of it's lines it doesn't work - I cannot get into the IVR. Considering I have loads of these devices and I am familiar with them (but not with their various malfunctions)- I just wanted to know it's it's a software problem that can be fixed somehow, or it's already a hardware malfunction (which it really seems to be) ?
