Spa2102 - line registered but no ringtone...

I don't know much about modern telephony but what it can be if I hear dialtone on analouge phone and line on ata is registered even ata's settigs page confirms that there was inbound calling by showing up the caller id(my softphhone from desktop pc) but there isn't any ringtone?Please help....
