spa2102 problem with CallerID

hi

there spa2102 gateway software version 5.2.13 (004)

problem incoming calls, the gateway does not provide any information callerID  phone Panasonic KX-TCD450RU

Sipnet provider, change the gateway to another without spa2102, everything works, read the forums, found out that the problem with this gateway is not I have one,

Fixed an issue when there is this bug or how to beat him?

little understood, with some providers work. the menu has no option Caller ID Header, so the problem

need to add firmware
