I have three SPA302D handsets that when trying to place a call they continually display "Initializing Data" after a time of not using them. The handset does ring when a call comes in, but after a few seconds into the call, it drops and I get a busy signal.
When logging into the SPA232D the handsets show as "Subscribed". The DECT Status also shows as Registered.
Because of bug in the SPA232D shipping firmware, be sure you upgraded to latest firmware TWICE (despite the first attempt will report success, you must upgrade it once more). Then upgrade firmware in the handset.
Then reset both base and handset to factory default, configure from scratch, register handset to base , register base to PBX and try again.
