SPA3102 call routing problem towards gw0

I need calls begining with 00 routed via gw0 and all others via SIP, so my dialplan is:

(*x|*x.|00x.|xx.<:@gw0>)

Everything works except dialing towards gw0, and here is the log of one unsuccesful attempt (it's "backwards"):

Forgot to tell, I get a busy tone on this all the time
