SPA3102. I can't get the pin code to work.

Calling the sip line then forward to pstn works perfect and tested okay with or without using a pin code.

Calling the pstn then forward to sip without a pin code works fine but if I will put a pin code, It will get stuck there and will not do anything.  I can't hear a dial tone or anything and it will not forward the call.

Please see attached screen shot of configurations.

Hi Sir,

It sounds like a DTMF problem.

I'm not advanced on this, then i would suggest you to try some combinations of DTMF changes on PSTN Line tab and Regional Tab.

*Do not forget to copy default values.

Can some expert add an advice?
