spa3102 pre sales info interfacing to a pbx

Hello support community,

I have this scenario and I kindly ask if the appliance in subject could fit it

OLD PSTN analog line -> FXO port of SPA3102 as gateway -> LAN -> sip trunk to other brand voip pbx -> VOIP PBX -> internal voip phones

Is it possible to do this? Does SPA3102 integrate a sip server, so I can register the trunk into my pbx?
