SPA3102 problems with fax machine in same line

Hi,

I have a problems with SPA3102 FW 5.1.10 (i attach schema of connection and spa configuration)

if i call via fxo - OK

if i call via SIP - OK

if i receive call via FXO - OK

if i receive fax via PSTN fax machine not answer, SPA3102 after some ring end call

there is a possibility to change SPA3102  not hang up if I do not answer with cordless phone connect to fxs port?

I would want that SPA left to ring to the infinite until who it calls does not put down or if until it does not answer the fax.

Hi Thomas,

You can affect the behavior of when the inbound call will be forwarded etc in the Voice tab > User 1 tab > Call Forward Settings

If I understand you correctly, you never want the SPA3102 to deal with inbound calls, so you would make adjustments to the SPA3102's FXS ports.

Consider setting your fax machine to answer in 1 or 2 rings. Perhaps this will help.
