I have an office that I manage the voice systems for, and we use the 525G2 IP phone, with an attached SPA500S Att Console. A few of our phones will not keep the provisions I enter in for the SPA500S. Specifically, they continue to reset the Key LED Pattern fields and the Server Type with Pickup Code.
I am using the phones with a Barracuda phone system, which for testing I have provisioning turned off. It doesn't make a difference if that's on or off, the phone will take the changes, then reset itself within a minute reverting the server type, pickup code and key patterns back to default.
