Hello,
I've set up the extended function to display if a user is on a call, or their phone is ringing. However, if they go in dnd, their light still shows green. Is there any way, even roundabout, to make it so that I can see if someone else's spa504g is on dnd, from my phone? I've many employees that would like this function and they'd be very grateful. I found this article https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/11184996/spa504g-dnd-button however it does not indicate what the 'watch button' is. I looked at the cisco quick reference card http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/csbpipp/ip_phones/user/guide/spa300-500-uc320w/SPA_UC320W_QRC_78-19747.pdf and I don't see one. I looked through the gui and don't see anything.
