SPA8000 and Avaya Office IP 500

I am having issues with a cisco SPA8000 and Avaya Office IP 500. I am using the SPA to provide dial tone to the switch. Everything is working except releasing (Dropping) a conference call. The lines participating in the conference call are getting stuck  and will not release the ports on the SPA. If I iniate a single call, 1 line active and use the DROP key or release the call everyhting is fine. This only occurs during a conference call. Any help would be extremely appreciated.
