SPA8000 and PAP2T transfers calls during converstation
I have the following problem. We have a couple of SPA8000-s and PAP2T-s connected to an Asterisk server. Almost everything seems OK, with one major exception. During conversation, the SPA or PAP ramdonly transfers the conversation without any notice. That is:
Person 1: Calls one of SPA8000's lines.
Person 2.: Picks-up the phone
/talk, talk, talk.../
/suddenly, without notice or any buttons pressed/
Person 1: hears "Transfer"
Person 2: hears music
/there is no way to go back to the conversation/
The PBX supplier has checked everything and thinks, that the reason is in the SAP or PAP2T itself. But I cannot seem to find it.
Now, we normally use *+ext to transfer a call. Normally, if someone want to transfer a call, he presses * and hears "Transfer". At the same time the other party listens to some music.
In this situation, the same thing happens DURING conversation, WITHOUT anyone pressing anything.
