SPA8000 Firmware Upgrade  Fail : Version not matching

I have SPA8000 x 8

All Device cannot upgrade firmware

now

Software Version:

5.1.10

Hardware Version:

1.0.0

to

6.1.3

This Alert

I Try upgrade to 5.1.12 it Same problem

I was able to upgrade to 6.1.3 without a problem.

Is the 'upgrade enable' set to 'yes'?  Located in Provisioning tab.

Can you get a debug log of this issue?

I Try Again . Now Message ,Upgrade  Fail : Version not matching But Firmware Upgraded

Now I success to up grade SPA8000
