SPA8000 internal call from Lx to Ly

Hi all,

I would like you to ask for help with setting SPA8000.

I have bought SPA8000 witch firmaware 6.1.3.

Between SPA800 and PBU (PhoNET) is SIP TRUNK (I use TRUNK GROUPS T1).

How to set L1 to L8 to have similar features as inner extension ?

For example to be able to call from L1 to L2 (Lx to Ly).

Thanks.

Vita

Re: SPA8000 internal call from Lx to Ly

You can dial by userID@ipaddress:port-number

Setup each line with a userID.

Set Register to No.

Set Make call without Reg and Ans Call without Reg to Yes.

Enable IP dialing to yes.

Then in the speed dial, put in the userID and ipaddress and port number of the other lines.  For example, in speed dial 2, put in something like 5000@192.168.2.1:5061 if L2 is userID 5000 and the ipaddress is 192.168.2.1 and L2 port is 5061.  Then from say line 1, dial 2# which dials the speed dial 2 which will connect to L2.
