SPA8800 bypass of DTMF "#" key

Hello,

We are trying to do a VoIP to PSTN call on two stages. We are using SPA8800 lines.

When the SPA8800 hangs-up the VoIP call and waits for digits to call over the PSTN, we need to dial "7878#" (with the # key). The problem is that this digit seems to be interpreted by the SPA and not bypassed to the line.

is it possible to do what we want?

Can anyone give us a hint of what to configure?

Thanks & BR,

Pedro

Try putting the 7878# into the 'feature dial services code' located in the regional tab.  So when you dial that string of digits, it should hopefully go out to the line.
