SPA8800 configuration is erased automatically

Hi,          

We have a SPA8800 integrated with BE3000 using it for FAX machines, i have assigned Static IP and the VLAN configuration and it worked fine. Phone1 registered successfully. After some time LAN and WAN configurations are getting erased automatically and i loose a network connectivity.

SPA8800 version 6.7(W) and BE3000 version 8.6.4

I have changed the configuration of SPA and updated Resync to NO and problem resolved.
