SRP547W echo problem

Hello,

Our customer is using Cisco 547 and he is complaining echo problem. Call is coming to Cisco's FXO port and going out to FXS port. He said that he is hearing on voice on headset.

- We changed Impedance Mismatch=Yes (Voice --> PSTN--> Impedance mismatch), but nothing changed.

- After that we changed impadance settings start from 600 ohm and picked from drop list but unfortunatelly got same result.

- After that we reduced gain on FXO port. Echo is decreased but it also decreased voice volume too.

Do you have any more suggestions we can do on it?

i've logged a call with cisco over the exact same issue, this has now been classified as a bug and they are awaiting a beta firmware to come out. i must express dissatisfaction over it taking 6+ weeks for them to even acknowledge it as a bug.
