Swapping Compact Flash Cards from Two of the same Units UC560

Afternoon

I Currently have a customer with a working UC560 apart from the Recordings on the Auto Attendant.

The current UC installed is a RM (After the T1/E1 Port blew up on the old UC) and i have tested the numbers and forwards on the attendant (all works when you dial in) but the recordings cannot be heard.

I know the recordings are installed on the "Voicemail Compact Flash" card of the old UC but assumed if i took a backup of this unit these files would of copied over?

The new UC does have a backup running of the old one, only thing missing is these voice recordings. Any chance i can turn off both machines and just swap the Voicemail compact flash cards over?

Its fine i figured you can jump on the GUI web interface on 10.1.10.1 and download the voice files on the old unit.

 

Didnt know about the Web GUI and have to say its a very handy feature!
