Unable to make outgoing calls on SPA302D

I have recently set up one SPA302D handset and SPA232D ATA to use as a voip phone in a separate area of our business. The incoming calls work fine but we are unable to dial out. The internet/voip service provider has told us that everything is fine with their settings. Can anyone offer any advice as to what I have overlooked in setting up the ATA and handset?

By the way, you didn't disclosed your configuration, so nobody know what you overlooked. All I can claim is - it works for me.

 

At the first, you need to decide the device is making call to upstream provider, but it is rejected, or there is no attempt to call. Catch SIP packet between SPA232D and upstream Telco. Turn on syslog&debug on SPA232D and catch them. It will help you (or us) to analyze the issue.
