Unable to recieve incoming calls from an outside line? Unable to edit Corporate Directory

Hi, Ive just been given an IP SPA962 to set up in the office, however it hasnt been able to receive any incoming calls from an outside line, yet no problems when called internally? Ive scanned through the ip address setup and i'm unable to see whats been turned off. The other problem is that I'm unable to edit the Corporate Directory to add names or numbers for new exrensions?

Any suggestions?

It seems your's SPA962 is

It seems your's SPA962 is just peripheral of some kind of central switch. I wish your issue needs to be solved on such switch, not on SPA962 itself.

Please describe the environment. Are you using call manager or so ?
