Dear Sir;

I'll check with engineering (first time in many years seeing a 410 sent by a 2102). Are you sure the message is coming directly from SPA2102? This message is typically similar as a 404, but typically used by SPs to indicate the user is no longer (and won't be) in service.

Alberto

Dear Sir;

We would need to see the network traces and the SPA2102 debug traces for this case. The 410 is typically sent as response when the device is not registered (understand it is not registered) so it considers strange that it is receiving an INVITE (if not registered), so looks like a race condition or an interop issue. Traces and debug server will help to nail down the issue.

regards
Alberto
