Please suggest me how to configure on 2921 router data licence activation through TFTP server?

Once you have your license file on the TFTP server, you should be able to run the following command:

license install tftp://x.x.x.x/license.lic

Where x.x.x.x is your TFTP server and license.lic is your actual license file name. Once you have a successful installation, reload the router and you should be good to go.
