CSCtd17052 - Unity Connection - Unsupported IMAP clients causes high CPU utilization - 1
Looks like issue is not fixed in Version 188.8.131.5200-18. I noticed our most of the customers are using outlook 2010 does not have any issue only few customer have outlook 2013. As soon as they start outlook 2013 cpu spikes up. Means outlook 2013 also comes in 'Unsupported Client'.
The alarms after cpu climps is: Host CPU 1, Error:, threshold of cpu_critical exceeded: current value 100.00
