CSCua07154 - Agents redirected periodically even though Finesse server is in-service

Hello guys,

Related to the CSCua07154, in the Bug Search Tool appear that this behavior is known in Cisco Finesse release 9.0(1) but three days ago we experiencing the same behavior and we have Cisco Finesse release 8.5(3). Anyone that have Cisco Finesse 8.5(3) has experienced this?

CSCua07154 - Agents redirected periodically even though Finesse

Hello Jesus,

CSCua07154 was found during Cisco internal testing on pre-release software and subsequently deemed Unreproducible in the 9.0 customer release of Finesse. Beyond that our records do not indicate any customer encounters.
