Hi!
This bug is Sev3 and the Etherchannel should be configured and the traffic should be going across the etherchannel.
The concerned logs for which this bug is raised can be seen for various scenario some of which are valid conditions.
In this particular case, the logs were displayed when there was an existing entry in ARP table and was in the process of getting added to adjacency table. The code was supposed to return True but instead it was returning False and hence the logs were getting hit.
I wonder if you apply the suggested changes( apply the command "No ip cef optimize neighbor resolution")
