CSCug59876 - Error produced when running Contact Detail Report
I have a customer with a fresh install of QM 9.0(1)SR4 and I've followed the workaround on page 4 of the SR4 Release Notes ("Ensuring that the Failure to Generate Report Message does not Appear") to no avail. I still get a “QMR2001 Fail to generate the report. (null)” error when trying to run any reports (HTML, PDF, or CSV). The SQMR log file is full of exceptions when it tries to run the SQL query.
I checked the bug details on CCO and it was lacking any useful details.
Does anybody have a QM 9.0(1)SR4 install where reports are working? Any suggestions?
