CSCuh56175 - SRTP to RTP Interworking one way audio at about 22 minutes

  Hello guys,

I have a problem which is as follows:

All my telephone devices are working OK (more than 100) except from some (5) remote that are communicating with the call manager via IPSEC. Those through the IPSEC every once and a while (usualy once per week) are loosing their upload voice path, i.e. the caller at the other end does not hear the caller on the cisco phone, for about 30 minutes. This problem appears in both incoming and outgong calls as well as in internal and external calls.

My voice gateways are CISCO2911/K9 with c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.153-1.T.bin.

Can someone help me to solve this problem please?

Hi Constantinos,

Based on your description, I am not sure your symptoms match that of this bug.  But your version is succeptible to it.

That said, this forum is for discussing particular bugs.  For help with your issue you can either post in the proper technology forum or open a TAC case for additional analysis.  However, more details would be needed about the failure condition, and what is done to recover.
