Start and stop ise application resolve the problem or only the reload command resolve this issue.

I am experenceing this issue. Which server should I reload? I am assuming to reload the Primary Logging server, and I did do that but did not correct the issue. Should I reload both Primary Logging and Secondary? Or should I reload the Primary Admin node?
