Hi everybody!
Just wanna let you all know that we have just experienced tha same issue with N5K-C5548P on NX-OS version 6.0(2)N2(2).
After reload (after NX-OS upgrade) all trunk unterfaces (including uplink and PEER-LINK!!!!!!) have been blocked by BPDUguard.
We had the same commands configured on both N5K:
spanning-tree port type edge default
spanning-tree bpduguard default
6.0(2)N2(2) has the same bug.
