We're seeing this issue, too. More so on physical servers that are admittedly low on physical RAM. VMs seem fine but they generally have more RAM provisioned by default.
A fix better than scripting a restart would be helpful.
Upgrading to 8.2.4 should resolve your memory issues. That is what fixed it for us - known issue per tac.. Not sure why they haven't updated the bug with that resolution.
