I have the same exact issue,

I have the same exact issue, the workaround for this seems to be pretty simple just reload the supervisors. I also opened a TAC case just to see if there is a permanent fix for this.

Hi All We had the same issue,

Hi All

We had the same issue, but we have a network outage also. Is this a cosmetic issue, or can cause a network outage?

Thanks in advance.

So after more than a year

So after more than a year nobody has a suggestion on how to fix this issue? Other than reboot?  Is there a IOS version that doesn't have this error?

Thank you

We upgraded our 4500X in VSS

We upgraded our 4500X in VSS mode over the weekend  and now I am seeing this so it still impacts to 3.6.4.

I am running 3.08.01.E on a VSS 4500-X pair and am seeing this as well.  Only workaround is to reload the supervisor with a redundancy reload shelf.

I opened a TAC case about a

I opened a TAC case about a week ago regarding this. This was the response.

I understand from the description on the case that a 4500X is sending many %C4K_HWFLOWMAN-4-NFEFUINTERRUPT messages.

I have found that this issue hasn't been resolved yet. For this software defect it was created a bug with the ID   CSCuy64537.

https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuy64537

As you can see in the Workaround that this a cosmetic issue and there's no impact on the network.

This bug has now been moved to the Resolved state from Assigned state.

The fix for this BUG will be committed in 03.08.02.E.152-4.E2 release. The ETA for First Customer Shipment date of this release is 30-June-2016.

(First Customer Shipment: The date on which it will be available on CISCO Website for download)

Please feel free to contact me, if you have any further queries regarding the same.

I took a look at the 3.08.02E

I took a look at the 3.08.02E release notes:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst4500/release/note/ol-38xe-4500x.html#pgfId-2808047

It does not seem to imply that the %C4K_HWFLOWMAN-4-NFEFUINTERRUPT has been resolved, or anything related to Netflow or even "flow".  I'll keep an eye out for new releases and see if any of them claim to fix the issue.

actually all bugfixes might

actually all bugfixes might not make it to release notes. I once discovered a new bug that was confirmed only by the developers themselves to be fixed in a new software release. No trace of the bug itself in release notes of old and new software.

Hi all,

Hi all,

we are using release 3.7(3)E on Cat4500X-32 reported on bug description CSCuy64537 as a release which have the fix, but we still see errors.

For now I disabled this feature , it is not clear it it was really only cosmetic or not...

Did someone experienced also real problems?

Thanks

I am a bit confused. Has this really no impact and is it only a cosmetic issue?
