Hostscan is updating software Anyconnect vpn

 

Dear Experts 

 

Here am facing an issue with "Hostscan is updating software" and it known bug " CSCui80013"

 

When user attempt to connect by using Anyconnect mobilty client. we got the below error messages.

[9/9/2014 11:39:24 AM] Posture Assessment: Active
[9/9/2014 11:39:24 AM] Posture Assessment: Initiating...
[9/9/2014 11:39:29 AM] User credentials entered.
[9/9/2014 11:39:38 AM] Hostscan is performing software scan
[9/9/2014 11:39:38 AM] Hostscan is updating software
[9/9/2014 11:39:52 AM] Hostscan state idle
[9/9/2014 11:39:53 AM] Hostscan is waiting for the next scan
[9/9/2014 11:40:55 AM] Hostscan is performing system scan
[9/9/2014 11:41:07 AM] Hostscan is performing software scan
[9/9/2014 11:41:07 AM] Hostscan is updating software
[9/9/2014 11:41:17 AM] Hostscan state idle
[9/9/2014 11:41:19 AM] Hostscan is waiting for the next scan

 

Can you please give me a solution for this which is in high priority.

I am having this same problem

I am having this same problem too. It has been ongoing for over two months now. We have not been able to find the problem/solution. Does anyone respond to these threads? Thanks
