Member switches in a 3850 stack reboot - [lost both active and standby]

The member switches in a 3850 stack may reboot due to loss of communication with the active/standby switch.

Crash info information:

 hap_sup_reset: Reason Code:[2] Reset Reason:Service [iosd] pid:[10208] terminated abnormally [4]. 

hap_sup_reset: Reason Code:[2] Reason:Service [iosd] pid:[10679] terminated abnormally [4]. 

 

 

suggest me solution.

I had the exact same issue

I had the exact same issue yesterday... the active switch rebooted! The stack is running version 03.03.01SE. 

I did find mention of a software bug in Nov. 2014, so this will probably mean upgrading the software version.

I opened a ticket and will post the results.

I have similar issue in which

I have similar issue in which only one member has rebooted out of two with the below error taken from the Crashinfo:

 

<Wed Jan  7 20:53:27 2015> hap_sup_reset: Reason Code:[2] Reset Reason:Service [iosd] pid:[10829] terminated abnormally [4].

[01/07/15 21:03:37.757 UTC 1 21] Its a production image..Init hangs will crash the switch

[01/07/15 21:04:45.324 UTC 2 21] IOSd system initialization complet

 

Can you please advise what is the result of your ticket?
