We have an ASR-1006 that has been showing this in the logs for some time. I have had a look at the BUG ID CSCtj47922 and as per the Bug report it was supposed to be fixed in version 15.1(2)S. as can be seen from the output of a "show version" I am running this version and it is not fixed.

We have also run the "show plat software stat control-processor brief" command and this confirms that there is a warning for SIP0 and SIP1.
My questions is does anyone have a workaround for this and know how to free up some Memory Allocations on SIP0 and SIP1 without performing a reboot of the ASR? I also can't upgrade the firmware at the present moment
