I dont know if this feature is available. But what I'm looking is this:
For selected products and software version, is there a RSS Feed or e-mail notification feature available wherein as and when new bugs are found in the selected software release and platform, it will notify the users? This will be more proactive before we hit the bug then do a fix avoiding downtime.
Our network has almost every Cisco router and switch platforms running with multiple versions of software. When we deploy a particular version and platform, we end up in bugs after certain amount of time since bugs are filed after we put the platforms in production. If there is a way of Cisco notifying interested users, then we will end up avoiding certain issues.
