The CSCup62113 bug also removes Personal Conferencing accounts from disabled users' profiles
It has been confirmed that the CSCup62113 bug that has been confirmed in MR4 (CWMS version 18.104.22.1687B) also removes Personal Conferencing accounts from disabled users' profiles, if CWMS has been configured for synchronization with CUCM/LDAP. There is no way to restore the Personal Conferencing accounts; all affected end users need to be notified that their Personal Conferencing accounts and PINs need to be manually re-created (with host/participant codes being re-generated).
