UCS/VMware - CallProcessingNodeCpuPegging CUCM 8.6.2

Experiencing CPU spike on CUCM Sub, we used the OVA for 7500 users, but we only have about 1100.

Per TAC upgraded to UCSInstall_UCOS_8.6.2.24110-1, and still experiencing the CPU spike.

We have been advised to add 2 more processors and 2vCPU to the subscriber. 

Has anyone had any issues with the OVA being incorrect, or has seen this issue?  If so, what was your resolution?

I just feel like I am chasing anything that will stick to the wall.
